  • Three Rivers and Watford School Sports Partnership - improving school sports provision, including ensuring a range.
  • Mad Science Company - running Mad Science clubs in some schools. Also holiday camps in the area.
  • Watford Football Club - run after school sports clubs in our area.
  • Apex Multisports - after school sports clubs and family keep fit.
  • Burston Garden Centre - our local Garden Centre is helping us to set up a family gardening club.
  • Artsbase - an inclusive arts organisation delivering a wide range of performing and visual arts activities in Hertfordshire.

  • Children and Young People's Service Directory - Directory brings together information about the range of services for children, young people, their parents, carers and professionals.
  • Children, Schools and Families - Hertfordshire service for information, support and guidance to children, young people and families. Services include: school admissions, Sure Start services (Young in Herts), financial assistance, support for the family, children with special needs, family support services, emotional health and well-being, fostering and adoption, residential care for children and young people, child protection, services for young people, youth service, schools in Hertfordshire, Connexions help and support service for 13-19 year olds.
  • Watford Mencap - Provide a range of services, advice and support including after school clubs, playschemes and youth clubs.
  • Invest Inside Yourself - Literacy, numeracy and behavioural support.

ADULT AND COMMUNITY LEARNING

  • West Herts College and Oaklands College - for information on education and training opportunities for young people and adults.
  • Westfield Adult Education Centre - for information on education and training opportunities for young people and adults.

  • Three Rivers Learning Partnership - information on adult and family learning opportunities in our area.
  • Francis Combe School - for taster courses in adult learning.
  • Watford flea magazine - a local magazine with information about Family, Lifestyle, Education and the Arts.
  • Watford Volunteer Centre are looking for volunteers in the area. Some of the things you can do include Gardening, Bookkeeping, Admin, Befriending, Work with young people, Sports, Giving advice and Driving.
