WEA (Workers Educational Association)

The WEA provides well-prepared cultural courses using professional tutors from a centrally vetted panel. Students run the classes so the fees are low for courses of quality. Classes are free to registered unemployed, those on means-tested benefits and their unwaged adult dependants. If your income is below £15,050 pa you may qualifity for assistance.
