How does a consortium work?

There are no fixed models for an extended schools consortium group, due to the diverse needs of each community. They range from 7 schools to 26 schools.

How is it supported?

Each extended schools consortia has an appointed coordinator and the CSF local District Partnership Teams provide support and advice. Extended schools services fall under the Integrated Children’s Services 0-13 team within the county council, and is managed by the extended schools strategy manager.
