Childcare

As part of the extended schools core offer, primary aged children will have access to wraparound care either on the school site or through other local providers.  If you want to have a look at the inspection reports for a particular childcare setting, you can find information on the OFSTED website.

Heath Lane Children’s Club, Heath Lane Nursery School

Heath Lane Children’s Club is open 48 weeks of the year from 8.00am-6.00pm.  They operate a Breakfast Club from 8.00-9.00am and an After School Club from 3.30-6.00pm during the school term for children up to age 8.  They also run a Holiday Club, which operates from 8.00am-6.00pm during the school holidays.

Munchkids After School Club, South Hill Primary School

The Munchkids After School Club operates from 3.15-6.00pm daily during the school term.  The Club offers a wide variety of activities which can be chosen by the children.  They have a capacity for 24 children and currently have a waiting list.  A coach service is used to collect children from St. Rose’s Catholic Infants’ School and Nursery, Boxmoor Primary School, St. Cuthbert Mayne RC Junior School and Gade Valley Primary School and transport them to South Hill Primary School.

Gadebridge Kidz Klub, Gadebridge Community Centre

Gadebridge Kidz Klub offers a safe, caring and welcoming environment for children to enjoy after school.  It serves Galley Hill Primary School, Gade Valley Primary School and St. Cuthbert Mayne RC Junior School.  The club operates from 3.30 to 6.00pm daily during term time.
