Parenting Support

Parenting support aims to equip parents and carers with skills to support their children’s education and to deal effectively with any issues or difficulties that could affect the well-being of the family. Parent Support Workers can signpost to local and national sources of advice and support and organise parenting courses if there is a demand.
Jackie Amos is the Parent Support Worker for this consortium of schools. If you feel an informal chat with Jackie would support you, please give her a call Monday-Thursday on 07535 544343 or email her at j.amos@cavendish.herts.sch.uk
We regulary run free courses for parents on different aspects of parenting. If you wish to find out more, or to book a place on one of our courses, just give Jackie Amos a bell.
Various parenting courses and workshops are also being offered throughout Dacorum. Please see click the link below to get details of parenting courses and support available in Dacorum.
