INTEGRATED PRACTICE
The Common Assessment Framework(CAF) is a key part of delivering frontline services that are integrated and focused around the needs of children and young people. The CAF is a standardised approach to conducting an assessment of children's additional needs and deciding how these needs should be met. It can be used across children's services in England. Hilary Blake can offer support ,advice and guidance to INCO's and school staff on the CAF process.She can liaise between schools,partners and agencies to ensure that Integrated Practice is in place and will organise the Team Around the Child (TAC) for schools. AUTISM ALERT CARD
Launched by Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire Police in April 2009.
The cards give advice on how to help the people carrying them and cost £2.50. They can be obtained from The National Autistic Society. You can download a form by visiting www.autism.org.uk or phone 0845 070 4004 for more information.
