Parentline Plus and Mediation Herts are working together to offer advice and support to Hertfordshire families to feel more able to resolve any bullying concerns or issues they have within their child’s school.

The NHS Credit Crunch Stressline is open seven days a week and you can talk to a trained health advisor about the issues affecting you and your family. They can offer practical advice, direct you to resources and those who can help you, such as employment, debt, housing and counselling and talking therapy services.

Family Information Service
The Hertfordshire Family Information Service can tell you about the range of childcare and early education options that is available in your local area. You can contact by email: younginherts@hertscc.gov.uk
Family Information Service aims to offer you the most up-to-date and accurate information available in your area for early years provision (children aged 0 to 5) and childcare for children and young people aged 0 - 14 (0-19 years for children with a disability). They are open Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
