FREE courses for parents

There's a range of parenting support on offer, from one-off taster sessions to longer courses over a number of weeks. Covering a range of issues from getting through the day with under 5s to living with teenagers.

Presented by professionals in parenting support, these sessions are available to help all parents that want to do their best for their children. There is no one right way to parent, and asking for some help is a sign of strength. These sessions can offer practical solutions and suggest ways to help your situation or difficulty.

All these sessions and courses are FREE, the only cost is your time.

Parents and carers have found past sessions can help:

  • improve family relationships
  • deal with difficult behaviour
  • you listen and speak to your child more effectively
  • you gain support from other parents facing similar challenges
